Social distancing will be implemented with a minimum of 2-meters between owners. This is to be maintained AT ALL TIMES during group sessions.

Only ONE person per dog for all group sessions.

You are not to attend if you or anyone you have associated with is ill or showing any symptoms of Corona Virus. You are to maintain a good level of hygiene where possible during attendance of classes and will not touch any surfaces other than those owned by you.

You will bring all of the equipment you need as you cannot borrow anything. Your dog must stay on the lead at all times and be in secure equipment.

You will wear appropriate attire including appropriate footwear and understand that the class will go ahead regardless of the weather when outside. NO FLIP FLOPS or open-toe shoes are to be worn or you will be asked to return your dog to your car and only be able to observe the class.

You attend ALL training locations at your own risk and must have read the Release of Liability and Photography notice in its entirety.

In the event of adverse weather, OUTDOOR training classes will move online for that week. 121 sessions may also move online or be postponed according to the nature of the session.

What happens to my session if I have to self-isolate?

Please ensure you inform Pooch Paws & Katey Aldred if you have been told to self-isolate or are being tested for the virus so a statement can be issued to other owners.

1-2-1 services: Your session will be via virtual coaching using Skype / Zoom meeting which will operate in real time for the session duration you were booked in (subject to availability), either 1hr or 1.5 hr. This will occur at the time your session should have taken place. If your session is on a Saturday it might be moved if Pooch Paws DTC is still operating, you will be contacted with an alternative date and time.

Classes: please inform your main trainer via email and you will be sent homework tasks to follow. If a class is online it is recorded so you will be able to watch back the session you have missed.

What happens if the instructor has to self-isolate or is ill?

Self Isolation: Services will be offered via Zoom meeting, Skype or video call.

Illness: Services will be offered via Zoom meeting, Skype or video call OR rescheduled dependant on the level of illness.

Hopefully this will not happen as it will have a very significant impact on the business.

It is imperative that all clients remain vigilant and thoughtful during this time to minimise disruption. The impact on small business during this virus could have very detrimental effects.
