1-2-1 In Person Behaviour Support

Face to Face (in-person) or Virtual assessment (online and live): you will have been provided guidance on which is the most suitable for you. Due to COVID restrictions and outside meetings more appointments are available via virtual assessment as we head into winter.

If you are a new client that has been successful in the application procedure you first need to book your behaviour assessment.

Once you have booked you will receive an email containing further instructions. You need to complete your Behaviour Questionnaire and send it back no later than 48-hours (business hours) prior to your assessment. Assessments are for 1-dog only.

Please remember to obtain your veterinary referral prior to your assessment session. You do not need to wait for your veterinary referral form to book your assessment. Please just ensure this is received within 48-hours of your assessment

Veterinary Referral

If you are planning to instigate a claim for behaviour support through your insurance company you must check this first prior to placing a booking.

Not all insurance companies will pay out for behaviour and those that do might have restrictions, such as, the professional being a member of a specific organisation.

It is vital you check this first with your insurance company and read the refund policy prior to booking. Should you wish to make a claim to recoup your fees this has to be processed through your veterinary surgery as a veterinarian has to sign a claim form.
